Account recovery
So i had unlinked my xbox account from its orginal ea account and linked it to a new one i had made i didnt really care about losing progress since i switched from console to pc i then heard that ea crossprogression was out and was excited to get my items from my xbox however all those items are on the orginal account i was wondering if it is possible to recover my old account as it used to be connected to my xbox i no longer remember the email i used to make it and have forgon the login details i can provide proof of ownership of the xbox account if needed i have tried ea support but they said that i need to know the email assosiated with the old ea account i had also previousy made a post and was informed that the xbox account used to be linked to another ea account.

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with account recovery over Answers HQ. You'll need to continue working on this with an advisor. As they said though, they can't help without knowing the email address for the account. The best I can advise is to look at other accounts you may have set up with the same email. You could try looking through your saved passwords to see if an old email is listed that could have been tied to this account.
