9eaf5f25059d8508 If the platform account (Xbox or PlayStation) you used to play Apex on is now linked to the EA account without your previous progress, support might not be able to locate that old account with the information available. You can check by seeing if the platform account is listed under your Connected Accounts page.
This page has a couple of additional suggestions to help locate that old account. Especially checking the email your platform account was created with to see if a different EA account was created through it.
If you know your EA ID, it might be worth contacting support to see if they can find the account, though they might need to verify your ownership of the account before sharing any account-specific information. You can do so by using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page with those suggestions on it. Please note that it might take a couple of tries, so we appreciate your patience.
