Account was innocently banned! Complaint 20 times can't be resolved!

My account was innocently banned! The complaint has not been resolved for 20 times! I have provided all the information I need to provide! My personal data was downloaded from your EA website, and during the days of the ban, the IP address shown in my personal data was not my current address. So you all think my account still has the problem of cheating? Is it because your EA team doesn't trust your official website to provide personal data?     We are unable to review or discuss account bans on the forums, sorry.

    All appeals need to be directed to our Terms of Service team using these steps

    If you've already completed multiple appeals and our ToS team has declined to remove an action, I'm afraid that will be final and not something that can be changed further.

    If you've already completed multiple appeals and our ToS team has declined to remove an action, I'm afraid that will be final and not something that can be changed further.

  • @EA_Mako So where is the reason you gave for my banning? Where is the evidence that I was banned? Can you provide it!

    You would have received the general reason in an email when the action was first applied to your account, however beyond that we would not be able to provide additional details.

    Our ToS team would re-examine our records and logs in the event of an appeal, but if the appeals have been declined it would seem they've confirmed their evidence and will not be making further changes.

  • @EA_Mako What evidence? Is the so-called evidence that only the cans can know? Can you send me all the evidence of your investigation of my account cheating?
