chironasaurus Did you unlink any platform account from your EA Account?
I'm asking because your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, and unlinking any platform account can cause a loss of some, (or all), of your Apex progress and data, (which may not be recoverable even if you relinked the platform account(s) back to your EA Account).
