unfortunately,I got the same problem since last friday,and still didn't get unbanned by now.
I made a complaint when I know my account got false ban,but I got bot respond apparently.
even I had a video to proof that I didn't cheat in game. I really hope APEX can fix this bug quickly before another players get the same issue.
