Accounts are falsely banned and cannot be resolved

I recently received the bug ban . Despite appealing, my request was rejected. Many other players are facing the same issue. Could we ask the TOS team to investigate and recognize that there might be a problem with the game? My ban history shows only a short suspension for a gamechat violation on Xbox in 23 March 2022 to 30 march 2022
