Add on code worked but no content in game

I recently got a code for Pathfinder edition an old skin pack bundle. I used the code it said it was on my account and that everything was fine. I then went into the game to find none of the content from the pack was on my account. I tried waiting 24 hours (its been more like 3 days now), I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 to 4 times, I have contacted support who did nothing. I play the game on steam most of the time but downloaded the game on ea that did nothing. I even reinstalled windows to be sure it wasn't a corrupted file but that also did nothing. I would just like my skins and apex coins. I will attach screenshots of EA saying I have the Pack but having no skins in game. I am supposed to have a legendary havoc and pathfinder skin as well as 1000 apex coins and as the screenshots prove i dont have either. If anyone can help that would be amazing.
