G91lit In October of 2023 to around April/May of 2024, Cross-Progression was being rolled out, (and I believe only active accounts, (and accounts that haven't been banned before), were included in the Cross-Progression).

I'm absolutely sure that my account is fine. I even played the season where we fought the spider beasts on the island map. If the timing didn't match up, I was very happy to reach diamond level and even took some photos at that time.
