After not playing for a long time, my Apex account has become level 1.

I have been playing Apex for about 2 years. It's a great game. But in 2022, I stopped playing it due to personal reasons. Recently, because I have some free time, I plan to come back and play it agai...

G91lit​ The only thing I can think of is that you may be logging into the wrong EA Account.

You can try contacting EA Support about the issue to see if they are able to help you.
