All account progress wiped
So all of my apex progress was linked to my xbox account [FarBOLTz] in which I was around level 400 and that account was linked to my first EA account, but my steam account [BOLTzRE] was linked with my other EA ID
so I unlinked steam from my 2nd EA account and unlinked xbox from my first EA account (I had already recieved the cross progression prompt on both accounts btw) and then I had to create a new EA account (this one) and I linked both the xbox and steam account to this EA account.
Also while creating the new EA account I used the xbox option to create the new account and used my main FarBOLTz account to create the ea account.
Now when I open apex on xbox I am getting the 3rd ea account [FarBOLTz] ]with the progress of the steam account, same with apex on pc (steam)

Your progress in Apex is stored at the EA account level, not individual platforms.
This is why you've lost access to the progress after unlinking your accounts and getting them linked to another EA account. It's not so much that the progress is lost, just that those accounts now have access to whatever is on that particular EA account - which, since it's new in this case, is not much.
You would need to re-link the accounts to their original EA accounts to try restoring any lost progress. We cannot transfer or merge any progress from one EA account to another.
