Alot of hackers in Apex
Good day to all of you!
I have been playing a lot of Apex on PC lately and I've been noticing plenty of suspicious players on enemy squads as well as in my own squad when playing with random people.
Whenever i die in a suspicious way I keep spectating the playing who killed me to make sure I am not just jumping to conclusions. On multiple cases I could see people looking at rocks or walls for no apparent reason while spectating and eventually that exact spot where I thought they were simply looking at a wall was where an enemy could be found. The worst part is when they used the ADS it automatically targeted the enemy with no recoil and all the person I was spectating had to do is empty his gun's clip to get the kill. Then it turns out that person is a level 3 with 56 kills. I know smurf accounts are a thing but the suspicious behavior is what got my attention.
One random person I was playing with just openly admitted he was hacking and that all we had to do is just follow him, but I left that game as soon as he tore down an entire squad with no apparent effort proving his statement.
Are there any measures taken to take down that epidemic? It straight out ruins the fun and there seem to be more and more of them.
Am I the only one noticing this? Or am I just paranoid?
PS: I hate hackers, what's the point of hacking in a skill based game?
