I was playing with my brother on my Xbox and he was on his Xbox, but we decided to switch since he was better on mine and I on his. But when we switched it said we were still logged in to the other Xbox we were previously playing on. Usually if we waited like 10-15 minutes it would fix itself but this time it isn’t budging. Have any of you had this happen?
Br0keNcrAteR The best way to switch platforms, (or systems), would be to send yourself to the main menu, (where you see the prompt to enter the lobby), and wait there for about 10 seconds, and then you should be able to turn the game off by closing out of the game.
The reason for this, (from what I know of), is that Apex has a timer for how long a player can be AFK, (or inactive), before it kicks them from the game.
As such, if you're sitting in the lobby where your legend is standing there doing their own thing, (such as Valkyrie flying off screen, or Revenant charging his ult and running at you), the game will think you're still connected on that platform, (even after you completely had closed out of the game), so its important to go back to the main menu first, and then give it a moment for the game to acknowledge that you had disconnected.
