Amazon Prime RE-link Issue

Hi, i was linked my prime to the ea account thru steam and i claim my amazon prime gift to my account yet no matter how many time i re-login to game i didnt gey my amazon prime account, i checked if i link correct steam and ea account and answer was yes i did correct one.

So i thought maybe i should unlink my amazon prime and steam from EA links and re-link again then i unlinked and linked my steam but after i unlinked my amazon prime  andi cant link my amazon prime again its say i linked it already but im not because i unlinked it.

Anybody know what to do about this bug or whatever is this
