AMD GPU Crash Fix - Stable for 4 days (5 hours play everyday)

Now going on 7 days with only 3 crashes this week compared to nearly 5 every day. I haven't crashed at all for the last 3 days. Don't be discouraged if you crash 1-3 games after you apply these settings especially if you were using your computer for a few hours beforehand. Just reset the shader cache before running Apex again. This has helped a few of my friends immensely as well.
