AMD RX 5700 XT crashes

I've got the same problem with the RX 570 and i've done the same things, nothing works. Meanwhile i'm playing batman arkham knight and for honor at extreme settings with zero problems and zero frame rate drop at 60+ fps.

For apex i've also tried to remove and reinstall the vc_redist versions and the director X. 

I've done a test on the ram and on the HDD integrity. Zero problems.
