Amped seasonal event item packs not paying out
I have just purchased apex coins, went to purchase items from the amped seasonal collection, selected the option for the 4 pack bundle once for 900 coins and a second time for 1200 coins. I went to open said packs, selected open max to open all at once. When the animation started the game froze and then unfroze, I was given 2 packs worth of content. When I went to open the other 6 I selected open all and upon receiving the content it was all standard pack content not the items within the collection. So I have paid 2100 coins for 2 seasonal items.
when I raised this to the online support team they told me other players have experienced this but could not share if I would receive any compensation or even if there were to be a fix whether I would get the items I am due.
finn3stm Yeah, I'm not a fan of it either because this was in one of my Amped packs:
Back in my day you bought an event pack and got an event item not a random selection of garbage you can craft for free
Since it was the packs from the Amped event, then you should had gotten 6 items from the wishlist if it wasn't any of event items.
