Could you try a clean boot of your PC? That can help find out what background program you have that's causing your error.
I uninstalled all potentially conflicting software, but it still doesn't work.

It looks like there's software on your PC that's being detected as cheat software by the anticheat. We have some advice in this article that has your error code in it. If you have any software that you think might be triggering this, I'd recommend uninstalling or disabling it.
