Anyone encountered this startup error?

Unable to run the game after the split 2 update. Getting a launch error on starting the game. it says "the driver is loaded but its file is missing. please reboot your system to unload the driver."

I have tried restarting my PC, reinstalling the game and even tried running as admin. Even tried to update drivers and still won't run. Please help
