客服你好，我是一名中国APEX玩家，我的账号没有使用过辅助软件也没有使用过任何的不正当途径的赠礼，但是我今天账号被封了，并且没有任何的邮件提示以及原因说明，可能是我频繁切换游戏加速节点导致的，麻烦尽快帮忙查清情况并解封我的账号，我真的很喜欢这款游戏，并且休闲时间很少，请尽快帮忙解封，谢谢
