Apex banned for no reason
My account was first shown as banned on August 13th. I only learned of this when I tried to log in again on August 15th. I appealed about ten times, but to no avail.
I've been playing Apex since Season 0 and have about 1,200 hours of gameplay (APEX isn't available on Steam in Mainland China, so I initially played on Origin). I stopped playing for about a year or two because my friends stopped playing, but I got back into it this year because a good friend's new boyfriend also plays Apex. I was banned once in June, but I still don't know why I was banned because EA Help doesn't provide specific details. I appealed and got my account back that time. Apex often freezes when I start, but I'm in Mainland China and need a accelerator to play, so I guess that's normal. After returning this time, I even bought two new Prestige skins and the Scepter Heirloom, and then my account was banned. I've already purchased the new season pass and can't even finish it. Also, EA Help was redesigned during this time. I don't know if that's related, but EA Help shows no penalties for me. I thought a consultant had already resolved the issue, but when I log in, I still get the ban message. I'm feeling really desperate because I haven't played any games lately except APEX and League of Legends' Arena. I've already mastered every strategy in Arena, leaving APEX as the only game I never tire of.

appealing through Support is the only way to try and appeal a ban - we cannot help with bans here in the forum.
If you've already appealed several times and each time the appeal was denied, there's nothing more that can be done.
