@InfinityFade Ah, I see. Since I don't own an Xbox myself, I had forgotten that when you buy on console, it directs you to the platform's store.

I think I know what the issue is now. You "have" the pass, but you have to login on an Xbox for it to become active.

It sounds weird, (like "why would it be like that?"), but basically when you buy something on one platform, it doesn't automatically transfer to the other connected accounts until you login to the game on the platform that made the purchase, (unless its a platform exclusive item, as those won't transfer).

In the past, friends have gifted me Apex Coins and the Legend Editions, (when those were a thing) through Steam, and I had to install Apex Legends on Steam and load into the game before I was given the items.

In other words: Other platforms, (such as PlayStation), cannot see your Xbox purchase history. Once you login to the game on Xbox, your EA account would be told that you have the pass on Xbox, and then the pass should become unlocked across all your connected accounts, (I've bought the pass on my PC, and it was unlocked on my Switch. I was also able to see the pass on my friend's Xbox and PlayStation when I was on vacation).

Since you don't own an Xbox, you would have to either get an Xbox or login on a trusted Xbox and then load into the game.

Because this is more of an account-related issue, I sadly won't be able to assist you any further. You could try contacting EA Support at help.ea, but I'm not sure if they could activate the battle pass on your PlayStation since the purchase was made through your Xbox account.

@InfinityFade That's unfortunate. The only way it could be activated would be to login on an Xbox, (as mentioned), or rebuy the pass on the PlayStation, (which isn't ideal).

Sadly, I won't be able to help you with that part.
