APEX cannot view ban records or submit appeals.

I cannot view my own ban records, and none of the appeals I have submitted can be turned into cases. Please help me.

    I see that you made a similar post a number of months ago regarding your accoutn ban. Have you already made a large number of appeals, and have they all been denied since then? If so, then our terms of service team have probably concluded that the ban is justified and that the ban will stay upheld on your EA account.

    I previously asked EA customer support, and they clearly told me that the maximum number of account appeals is 14. My first three appeals failed because I hadn't gathered the proper supporting documents, or I only received template replies. But after that, I took every appeal very seriously. I love this game and my game account. Even though a year has passed, I still think about my account. I can't afford to lose it. Please, help me.

    EA_QueenBee​ Thank you for your reply, but I only appealed four times. I did not appeal excessively, and I can provide screenshots as proof.

  • My appeal attempts have not exceeded the limit. Although I can submit a web appeal, I am completely unable to create a new case. Does this mean that I am entirely rejected by the TOS in this unfair ban? I have gathered a substantial amount of evidence to prove that this is a wrongful ban, but I cannot find a platform to present it. I sincerely request the forum manager to help me, so that the TOS can conduct a manual review for me, even if it’s the last time. All the cases I created before received only template responses, which has left me very frustrated.
