Apex Coins Not Appearing On Ps5

Hi, Ive been having an issue on my ps5 it being that every time i purchase apex coins, the transaction goes through but the coins obviously dont show up on my account. Im sure this is an issue youve all heard before but im out $150 because of this and its just kinda dumb. This has been happening for over a year now and usually i would end up just calling ea help and showing my proof of purchase and theyre usually pretty chill about it and place the coins on my account and i go on about my day. Well they suddenly one day stopped being so chill and would refuse to place the coins on my account even though they would admit all my proof of purchase is correct but they would insist that the issue resided with playstation. so i called playstation to try and get a refund but they deny me because they say the content was already downloaded onto my account. so with ea help denying me and sony denying me i decided to take to reddit to find a solution. i found a couple other people with the same issue as me most of them were on xbox and they said a fix for them was logging onto their apex account on their old-gen console and the coins should appear. well im on ps5 so i tried logging onto my old ps4 to see if the coins would appear and sadly it didnt work for me. Im hoping someone in this forum can help me or has had a similar or identical issue as me and hopefully you have a fix or some tips you could share with me. anything and everything would help because at this point im at a dead end and it kinda just sucks i cant buy in game currency for my favourite game and i cant even get a refund on the coins i didnt get!!! lol. Thanks for reading if you did any advice is greatly appreciated.

  • Hello @masedgod How long did you wait before you contacted the support or asked for a refund?

    Please keep in mind that it may take up to a few hours before any in-game content is visible for you in your account.
    If you have yet not received your coins within 24 hours then please contact the support here:
    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    Sometimes a restart of your game and/or your device may help.
