Community ManagerYou both purchased a card for Apex Coins from Gamestop and tried redeeming it with the steps below?

I activated the code via the link https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/redemption/index
Confirmed receipt of coins, the code was successfully activated. When I tried again, I received a notification that "This code has already been redeemed".
And after 24 hours, following the instructions(on EA help), nothing happened.

And this is not the first purchase, before this I have never had problems with purchasing and activating codes- EA_Mako
@si13nce Gotcha! In some cases those can take up to 24 hours to be delivered to the account, but if you've restarted the game after that point and still aren't seeing the coins you'll need to reach out to that site.
Our support would be able to assist with purchases from trusted retailers, which you can find more information on here. If you're having any trouble with a code from a different retailer not listed there, you'd need to speak with them directly.
