Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about your trouble with support. We have an article for help with missing coins here. You also can try starting a chat with support. It sounds like you've been emailing and that's not getting a response. A case can be opened by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of that page. Choose the option for chat instead of email.

You should eventually be connected with an advisor if the chatbot doesn't get you resolved. It's possible the answers you're giving keep routing you to automated help instead of an advisor. Unfortunately, all I can do is recommend you keep trying.
