Voice and text chat aren't available for your account

Hello, guys. I'm a player from Brazil who is playing in the PS5 version of the game.

I'm getting the error: "Voice and text chat aren't available for your account."

My EA account is verified as an adult, so I already did the process of verifying my age, voice chat works on PC with the same EA account and also works in other PS5 games.

I don't really know what else I can do and I'm seeking for help.
