What’s the ACTUAL number to EA help bro, just spent $65 on coins and still haven’t received them.
i spend 20$ last 12 hours left still waiting for coins :C
These bot responses are all we see, we spent money for in-game digital currency and have not received the currency. Enough with the wait 24 hours, and contact this and contact that, EA email support is terrible. I want my coins that I paid for. I have the steam receipt, I have the email confirmation, I have missing money in my bank. I want my coins. I have purchased coins before and it was instant, so obviously this is an issue on EA, fix it, I want my coins.

Ive been waiting for over 4 days now and ive reached out 3 times with no good help at all. I just like to get my apex coins. I have send plenty of proof and they didnt ask for more but they just told me to contact live support.
Idk where live support is at but i found this page. Could you help me get my coins?? I bought 6700 and paid 52,50 for it i redeemed the code it worked but i didnt recive them
Hi I bought a 90$ apex coin pack about a week ago. First off yes I posted cases. Second I clearly have waited the 24 hours. Third I didn’t get them from a third party. 4th please anything but a link for your terrible help page.
As far I'm aware, there isn't another place to go to except for the support page for purchase related issues.
If you bought it on Xbox you could contact Microsoft or if you bought it on Playstation you could contact Sony/Playstation support.
Not sure if you should contact steam support if you bought it on steam, though you could ask them for help if that's the case.
Though if you bought it via EA then the support page is pretty much the only option as far I'm aware.
I'm the same I've bought 5 packs using different payment methods to see if anything changed and no coins at all.. I've emailed, gone on ea help on twitter tried to contact respawn, nothing it's been 1 week for me now and still nothing update day. No coins can't even buy battle pass...
