Error code: 10009

I've tried everything, uninstalling apex and the anticheat, reinstalling apex and the anti cheat, creating a new download for the anticheat, restarting my computer and even messed with my windows security. I don't know what else I can really do and of course I can't actually talk to EA for help on my situation. I've never cheated or got banned for such, and on top of that, I've been trying to fix this for 2 months now. I'm tired of this **bleep** seriously. I just want my money back since I can't even get the developers to help my situation.
