What CPU/GPU are you using? We're looking into an issue some have reported on specific hardware, so that particular situation would not just be all AMD users in general.
If you're running an AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT, rolling your drivers back to the prior version should help avoid this particular crash.
If you're running an AMD CPU with a 4000 series NVIDIA GPU, there are some workarounds here that may be worth a look instead. Feel free to keep an eye out there for any updates, or let us know if you're running a different setup entirely, thanks!

I'm using Intel Core i5-12400F paired with an NVIDIA RTX 4060 on Windows 10 Pro.
I tried playing Apex Legends in other locations using different GPUs with Windows 10/10 Pro, RTX 2060, RTX 1660 super.
PCs with Apex Legends pre-installed crashed into an immediate BSOD right after EAC loaded. Thank you.

We can troubleshoot whatever system you're currently using. Can you grab a dxdiag so we can see what could be contributing to this?
There are a few particular instances of crashing under investigation as listed above, but nothing specific to the other GPUs you've mentioned, so there's likely something specific to those systems contributing to the crashing if you're seeing it there as well. We really wouldn't be able to troubleshoot systems at a PC cafe, nor is this something the majority of people are experiencing currently.
To clarify, are you seeing the freeze happen once the anticheat screen finishes loading, but before Apex even launches? Or is this happening after you're already in-game, but before you get to the lobby?

I'm running Intel + RTX (no AMD), but no matter where I launch the game—even with a completely fresh install—I get an instant BSOD right when Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) is initializing.
To be exact, EAC pops up, loads all the way to 100%, and the moment it transitions to initiating the game, it instantly triggers a BSOD.
"initiating... ... .." then BSOD
At one specific net cafe, I managed to get into the game, but after playing just a few matches, the system ended up crashing to a BSOD anyway.

If you're able to grab a dxdiag we can try to troubleshoot the system you're currently using. This is not occurring for most people, so we need to see what's specific to your system to determine what steps might help out here.
If your PC is also running into a BSOD, please share the exact BSOD stop code/error shown when it occurs. That can help narrow down what's actually triggering the crash. If you were able to play a few matches on one system but you've been getting consistent BSOD on another before even getting into the game, there's something else going on here that's contributing to the issue.
