Ok @vProtype, so we need to continue the search. Dxdiag says there is no version (or unknown) of direct x on your system, maybe thats the problem. You can search for 'direct x web installer' and install it. Did you try to reinstall origin by the way? I would also recommend you to do a memtest, memtest you'll find in the internet as well.
I have done the memtest. They found no errors in a 2 hours test. And i've downloaded direct x and install origin setup (not the thin setup) and I still can't play 😢 @Sick1Click
