APEX crashed during unboxing of loot tick

To whom it may concern,

Today on the 7th of October 2020 around 11:30 AM PS 4 I had purchased a season 6 aftermath loot tick, during the unboxing it crashed and threw me out. after being able to go back into the lobby i had lost my money and did not get the reward.

is there anyway to get compensation for this?

    Hey @Zagaia84, 

    Whenever you open up a pack in Apex Legends the pack contents will be added to your account automatically. Have you checked to see if there's anything new on your account? 

    If you still aren't seeing any new items at all, I'd recommend reaching out to the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well.

    I bought an Apex Pack with Apex Coins yesterday. I openned this Apex Pack and than it came a codenet error screen . I had to restart the game and after this NO CONTENT of a apex pack i could see! Can i get my 100 Apex Coin back please? I can't trust this game anymore and can't waste money when this happens.(This Apex coins came from BATTLEPASS)

    @EA_Kent Yeah after restarting and checking to my surprise it was added with a delay. Though in a general note it does happen from time to time it kicks me out of an active game, more often than in comparison to other games like Fortnite.

    I waited a few days and i didn't get a content of a apex pack. What should i do?

    If you still aren't seeing any of the pack contents I'd recommend getting in touch with EA Help so they can take a look. You can find more details on how to reach them in my previous post above.
