Hey @RNM64506297,
this sounds to me like a typical RAM issue/worng timings or/and voltage. Did you enable xmp in BIOS? If no, do it please.

Did You overclock the 10700K? If not then please check if You have something like "Multi Core Enhancement" enabled for each motherboard it can be named differently - it is basically OC done by motherboard manufacturer and it's enabled out-of-the-box.
- 6 years ago@PsyhiX69 I think the cpu is either faulty or a very bad sample. It seems unstable even at 5ghz. I did very deep testing and both cores and cache seems unstable even on settings which should be 100% stable. I tested ram in many stress tests but ram seems 100% stable and worked fine with previous cpu. I will try stock setting once I get home and already ordered new cpu to replace this one
