apex crashes and doesnt reload in, losing so much RP

I've literally just upgraded everything in my PC bar my GPU which is NVIDIA 3060, new PSU, new fans, new cooling, new motherboard, new CPU, everything is new, and works perfectly for everything else, but apex just keeps crashing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, ive verified game files, and still, as soon as i get into a fight it'll randomly just crash, and then when i try reload into the game it freezes on the loading in to the game screen. If I die, and then try load in, it'll load me in, but if my teammates craft my banner and respawn me, i free just as im about to jump out the ship. My temps dont spike as i crash, nothing shows up, no error nothing, i just completely crash and game closes.

I'm down so much RP as it'll count as a forfeit which it isn't and its getting annoying now lol, any help? 

nothing is open on my PC either bar discord, steam and the game.
