Apex crashes in lobby when Ranked/Storm Point is selected - AMD GPUs

I am honestly done at this point.

I have tried EVERYTHING to fix this issue and the game is still crashing constantly, especially when Storm Point is in rotation.

Here is everything I’ve already done:

• Used DDU in Safe Mode for complete driver removal
• Used AMD Cleanup Utility as well
• Disabled Windows automatic driver updates
• Installed fresh latest AMD drivers manually
• Completely reinstalled Windows 11 (clean installation)
• Reinstalled Steam + Apex Legends (fresh download)

After ALL of this, the game STILL crashes.

This is clearly NOT a user-side issue anymore.

The crashes mostly happen when Storm Point is in rotation, making ranked completely unplayable. I literally cannot progress because of this.

At this point, this looks like a serious compatibility issue between Apex Legends and AMD drivers or something broken specifically with the Storm Point map.

Are EA or Respawn even aware of this?
Is there ANY fix coming?

Because right now, the game is unplayable for me.

System Specs:

• OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (Build 26200.8039)
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G (4C/8T @ 3.7GHz)
• GPU: Radeon RX Vega 11 (2GB VRAM)
• RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz (Dual Channel)
• Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING

Multiple AMD users are facing similar crashes, especially on Storm Point.

Please don’t reply with generic fixes — I’ve already done everything possible.

This needs an official fix.
