Can you help me? I keep crashing while playing ranked matches so I lost over 100rp today because of the abandoning penalty. Before the game was telling me that I was out the game and didn’t take rp away from me due to it being not my fault. So cause of this issue I’m not able to enjoy the game, I have proof of the crashes.
7 hours of penality and -72 again
Total amount of 504 or 576 points lost.
I stop counting..
Server lagging is too bad after the update so bad that twice a time in same 2 hours i received heavy lag and my game froze. Afterwards the game was automatically shut with no message. And the irony is that i was suspended for 17 mins once and then now 40+ mins. I mean shouldn't a gamer freak-out of this? It's good that you guys add this new feature of punishing invaders and stuff but did you guys make any justice by suspending a player for no doing of his but the server?
Well the game will seems too airy hyped if theses issue are not solved instantly; i mean the updates are all marvelous but these issues make it non-enjoyable.
So now im at 1436 min abandon penalty because the server crashed.
Would be nice if someone from EA for once said/did something about this issue that alot of people seem to have.
Well it happened once again now i am banned for 87 minutes. What the * is this? This is so annoying especially when you take time out to play the game of a busy routine and this happens. I am so done with this game.
This thing is frustrating hell lot of people from a week and yet there is no solution. Not even a single reply that i can see from a moderator on this topic. You guys even visit a forum?
So my internet might not be the best, and it makes my game crash sometimes, and sometimes, my internet is completely fine and the game just crashes on its own. either way, I shouldn't get a ban for something that is out of my control, I'm already at 20 mins ban and its frustrating, it is just taking all the fun out of the game
The only thing I'm at fault here is having no money to improve a bad internet, but even so, I don't see a reason to give me a ban every time it crashes, it is not like I leave the game on purpose, it just happens
I already lost my 3 abandonment forgiveness because it wasn't my fault, why put a limit to that? It wasn't the player's fault the game crashed, why should he get punished for something he didn't do?
Would save a lot of trouble for a lot of people if you just make the abandonment forgiveness for reasons out of the player's control unlimited
I crash in the beginning stage of a game, almost always, i thought i found a fix by tabbing out during character select, but I got kicked during countdown today, and ban is up to 40 minutes now. I am getting very annoyed, please fix this. I am quite sure there is no reset and it really annoys me that that is the case. I think it should give people the time back for time they arent being banned, that way i can step away from the game to have it fixed.
Agreed! I need this kind of help too. Hard to find help. I've been getting more and more crashed lately. Usually like every 10 game last November. Now like every other game. I've been introducing this game to my chat on stream. But sadly it crashes too often, very frustrating, but I can survive that... but now I get temporarily banned and now I can't stream it. I can barely play a game or two then punished. It's harsh. I have a top notch alien ware gaming laptop {And I'm in San Diego and I've always felt a delay being so far from the server in UT.} Can there be a filter for this that isn't punishing like this?
I was predator last season,
I'm now stuck plat 1 at 200 points of diam 4. Because of thoses penality. I just get another - 72 points and 24 hours of penalituy 👿 🎂
Just fix it, i'm waiting for now 1 week to get a solution or just a answer
