Apex crashes in ranked

I'm currently stuck on a 42min matchmaking penalty because I was forcefully kicked out of a match that I was lagging in. I'm playing on the correct server, and everything is completely fine except for completely random matches where all of a sudden it takes me like 5 seconds to open a door, pick up a gun, open a supply bin etc.

Because the game thinks I quit on purpose, I get increasing matchmaking penalty times and lose tons of ranked RP each time. It's * pissing me off. It most definitely has nothing to do with my wifi because I will be completely fine for hours, and then 1-2 random matches I will get all 3 red connection symbols at the top right of the screen. Moreover, the lag is consistent (if it's on the part of my wifi, the lag would be inconsistent, sometimes good and sometimes bad, but the lag is consistently bad, like as if the server decided to purposely * me over), and only in that match. Once I requeue into another match, the lag is gone, and will eventually appear in another random match and * me over with the same *.

My game when it freezes most of the time will be in the loading menu or right before we get to spawn. Sometimes I can go 20 games without freezing and sometimes it will be every other game. I am getting penalized for it because clearly it is my fault and now getting 10 minute bans. I have tried all these forum fixes, I have 2060, I7-7700k, 16gb of ram. Can you please give me an actual fix or bare minimum add a reconnect button so I can come back into the game.

It's happening with me and a bunch of friends as well (all the brazilian servers), we tried to get some help vi EA chat but nothing solved the problem. It's clear that the inssue is the EA servers.

Hi all! first of all, excuse my terrible english, I will do my best to express what I have to say. Thanks for having this space the community. I've been reading this technical issues space to find the answer to a problem that's been constant for a lot of players since season 4 came out. 
I play Apex Legends for the ranked leagues, playing normals isn't fun for me and for a lot of people I play with, we want the tension that the ranked leagues create, the suspense, the teammate collaboration. I'm a predator in this season and I was a predator in the past season, my placement was below 350 worldwide and I have a few teammates that ranked below 100 worldwide. We are the people that play constantly this game, day after day.  And we also spend a lot of money in it. I have more than 125 legendaries items, and 2 accounts. The thing is, I play between 3-5 matches and 2 things happen:
1-Someone from my team crashes in the legends selection and gets an abandon penalty, which does not reset from the previous one (it could be my two team mates or the 3 of us)
2- I crash and I get an abandon penalty
You see a lot of people throwing themselves to the lava to instantly die and restart a match that is not worth playing with 2 players in the team because ranked leagues are so tryhard in this moment.
This is so frustrating and also... We are getting tired of it,  tired of the bugs that are not our fault and certainly, getting "banned" for something like this so not worth our time and money that we have put into this. I get it, the bugs are not easy to fix, but does it makes any sense to maintain the abandon penalty if the game cant distinguish a crash from a real abandon? Do we need to look other games to play and invest our time? Because we are constantly getting "banned" to play? 

Same is happening to me, I just got 40 minutes penalty for random crashes 

They just launched an update!!! Let's hope everything is fixed!!!

Nevermind, it didin't fix *!

The last patch made me think it could fix something, and I got an abandon penalty for it. Not trying again.
