Apex crashes my computer on main menu

So here's the rundown.

This hasn't happen in the past, and I've had the same PC build since the game came out. 

But what has been going on is that when i start up the game i get to the main title screen (the one where it says to click to start)

And after I click the game loads, the both my monitors go black and act like they shut off. While it doesn't blue screen my PC because I can still talk to on discord. But no matter what I do (ult+tab and Alt+f4) but there is no way to get around that black screen with out restarting my pc, like having to flip the power switch on the back, bc the power button wont work.. As well as it turns my fans on my GPU to SUPER FAST. 

So how that sounds is that my GPU (MSI RX480) is crashing. I updated my GPU drivers, and turned off any unnecessary things that  the Radeon settings had on (virtual super resolution) and what not. 

And even though I reinstalled the game, and updated everything, I still don't know whats going on. 
Anyone have any idea?

TLDR: Apex crashes my GPU, makes my monitor black and idk why.
