My Pred badge from season 12 is gone and is instead bronze

Returning to Apex. My prior Pred badge is gone from season 12 and is instead bronze and no longer on my profile? Why? I have read that a few years ago a server outtage broke the past ranks but they never resolved or fixed the badges for non-active accounts? I wanted to return to the game... but I wont lie that was a lot of time I spent. I kept my dumb diamond ranks from s10 and s11.
