Apex crashes on lobby load.

Please do the following:
1. Run the game as administrator

2:  Verify that your drivers and windowd are all up-to-date

3. Verify and Repair the game files.

4. Try to clear your Origin cache by doing the following:>How to clear Origin Cache<

5. Repair Easy Anti Cheat 
C>Program Files x86>Origin Games>Apex>EasyAntiCheat and open easy anti chat setup
Click on "Repair Service".

6. Do you have any third party softwares running (Anivirus, discord, firewall etc)?

> 6.1 Antivirus - Try to whitlist the game in your antivirus software and see if this helps.

>> 6.2 Discord - Discord overlay and hardware acceleration since they can cause an issue.

>>> 6.3 Firewall - Allow connections through the firewall

7. Run CCleaner and Malwarebytes and see if the result may help your situation.<

8. Re-install the game

I've tried them all. Still got sent straight to my desktop. ☹️

Just to see if this solves the issue, could you try the settings below and see if this fixes the issue?

Since you mention you run on high, we could try to lower it as seen in the picture and see if it makes any difference.

I can't get my hands on the settings since I got pulled back out before I can get to the settings tab. But I did turn my game into full potato mode on Geforce Experience and it still crashed. 

I've looked into the dump files of the crashes. They all had the same error message as "The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access." Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi @KillerzScrubbie. 

Have you tried moving the game to a different storage drive to see if that makes a difference at all? I've seen cases where that can help, especially if Origin and the game were installed on separate drives initially.

Oh no bro!!!! Iv had this exact same problem I couldnt even get past the first respawn logo when launched. For me I had to roll back my driver and now everything works. I had to remove everything via ddu then install drivers, hope you get it sorted bro.

I have tried moving it to a different drive (Still not the same as Origin on C: because I don't have enough space). Unfortunately, I am still having issues. I also did a DDU clean install on the GPU and rolled back.

When the 442.75 driver came out, I updated to that and now the game lets me stays in the lobby screen for 10 seconds roughly before the game just closes itself.

Got it. When you have a chance can you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC to see if that helps? If there's a software issue that's causing these crashes that may help narrow it down.
