Apex Crashes on ps5 every single game

Game crashes every time I join a lobby, I can’t be in a game for longer then 3 min without it crashing, I’ve rest my console, powered it on and off and deleted it but nothing helps, the game is unplayable.

Are you getting any error messages when Apex crashes for you? If so, what do they say?

I get the PlayStation error code of CE-108255-1
After contacting PlayStation they have informed me that this is a “Game Issue” and to inform EA, the game is unplayable and it’s very frustrating!

after some more digging online I have found a group of us players who seem to have this issue specifically with the legend “ASH” using her tactical and her ultimate, a lot of players are saying that if you use her with no skin and default her it fixes it, this may be a major bug with this legend.

Have you tried playing Ash with her default skin to see if that solves the issue? And if it has; what skin were you using that caused your PlayStation to crash?

Also, just in case, PlayStation has an article with a number of steps that you can try to fix the error code that you're getting. Have you already tried those to see if that solves your issue?

Hey @jaherm11,

Are you getting any error codes? And when it happens, are you playing Ash with a non-default skin like @UnitedKingsz mentioned?

I did all the steps on there site to no avail, what I ended up doing was not using ASH anymore period. I was using her with her Flamingo Skin and her Ligh Blue one, both basic skins, I’ve since have tried her normal and the game works fine but as soon as a use those skins it crashes! @EA_QueenBee

It's been shared with the team, and I've added the extra info you've provided (so thank you for that!). For now, I'd just use the default Ash skin until we've gotten to the bottom of this. 🙂

Mine Is doing the same thing, I can load into the lobby and pick a character and all that but the moment we drop out of the ship, my game freezes and I get kicked out with this same message. I've tried everything that they said to troubleshoot, and I am still not able to actually play the game. What is more frustrating is that I am seeing other people able to play the game without me and it's so upsetting. I literally don't know what to do.
