apex crashes when clicking continue in start up screen

I feel like ive tried everything at this point. removed and reinstalled the game twice. repaired the game on steam and EA countless times. tried to run the application as administrator. still crashes...

same for me i tried deleting the game and redownloading it, restart console, did basically everything

May I ask which platform you’re playing on? PlayStation or Xbox?

When you mention that you’ve already tried everything, could you be a bit more specific about what troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far?
