Apex Crashing in game (Xbox)

So I just had Apex crash on me 4 different times while in one match. When I was connected to the Virginia servers which I had very little to almost no ping and no packet loss to now I have to connect...

    For the packed loss I recommend our connective guide and see if that helps?

I had tried this before and it did not work. The solution I found that worked was deleting the game and re-downloading in onto the internal hard drive for the system. I still get the packet loss but it has been playable so far
