Apex crashing

Im on ps5 and as soon as i open apex on my account it immediately crahes but it works just fine on my brother's account. I tried reinstalling it, rebuilding the database and clearing cache but nothing worked. I think this is an issue on EA's side.

Hi, sorry to hear you’re running into this.

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps PlayStation suggests?

Additionally, some players have reported that the steps below helped them:

Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings.

Select Saved Data (PS5) > Console Storage > Delete.

Select Apex Legends and press Delete.
