apex crashing

PLEASE i beg of you fix ur game, occasionally whenever I load into a game IT CRASHES?!!? The amount of delay penalty im receiving is astronomical, and loss of rp. I have a new gen PS5 not the slim, it should not be crashing like this. Apex legends is the only game it crashes fix ur game please🙏

Thanks for the additional information!

Can we try the following if we have not so far?

Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)

Verify you signed into your PSN account

Check for updates

Restore Licence

Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Open your PS5 NAT Type

Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

nope, the game usually freezes then the whole thing crashes. It doesn’t even let me reconnect after i load back in

thanks for this, i’ve tried the following things you mentioned. however i still receive crashes every now and then. The crashing first started since the new season came out. Thanks for the advice though.
