Apex Cross-Progression Bugged?
ok so i played apex on xbox and had 5 heirlooms , i switched to pc 2 years ago and spent the money to obtain 2 more heirlooms (double ups ) of ravens bite bloodhound and wraiths one, when i transferred through cross progression i lost my pc heirlooms because they were ones i already owned on xbox , i spent lots of money on those so what happens ? should i get shards to choose 2 other heirlooms because technically its $1000 aud im out of pocket on.

While I can see where you're coming from, you still have access to the same heirlooms you had previously unlocked.
Cross Progression does not allow for refunds or exchanges of heirlooms even if you had multiple copies across your accounts, sorry.
