Apex dc my wifi !!!

Hi @NaszHesmes, 

Which platform do you play on? 

pc, i already tried reset network but not working. So i assume that apex is disconnecting my wifi. This is first time happen to me and when playing ingame for 5minutes then the wifi will gone itself. @EA_Kent 

it become worst today, only take 1minute to disconnect wifi 😅. Im stuck and  fed up trying to solve it by myself.

When you've got the chance could you post a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more info on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.

my wifi lost again after a week. even after what i did before, it still happen. this occur right after the latest update. 😅

What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch Apex Legends? You can find more info on how to set up a Clean Boot at the EA Help Website. Once you've had the chance to give it a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks again. 

@EA_Kent still same, wifi lost after 5 minutes. i tried in firing range only. if my wifi does not disconnect then i proceed to try in pubs. i also try install on steam and yes the problem is apex itself.
