Apex DirectX 11 ERROR

 Hi I encountered below error when I tried to run my Apex Legend, it is telling me I need DirectX 11 while I have 12. can you advise me what is the issue? and how can I fix it?

@Takejiima This doesn't work. I can't find the dxcpl thing. All the ones online are fake.
