Even though you have made many changes that are disadvantageous to us players, at least you are making changes. I have also seen many players like me who were wrongfully banned, many of whom are from China. I know there are many cheaters in China, but this is mainly due to the large population. We also equally despise these cheating players. I don’t understand why you repeatedly reject my appeals without giving any reason or specific explanation. This is devastating for someone who loves this game. I only got my first heirloom at 1700 hours, and I cherish my account a lot. I would never resort to cheating for the sake of rank because I am neither a streamer nor someone looking to make money from this game; I am just someone who truly loves this game. I hope you can review my account again. I previously downloaded my account IP from the official website, and these records show that my account experienced changes at the time it was banned, which did not happen while I was playing. I suspect someone may have stolen my account and used malicious cheats to ruin the gaming environment.
