Apex error code:leaf. season 3.

I have code leaf when i want to enjay to the match. Ping at every servers is -1 . I have tried all the methods which I see in the forums. I was writing to support team , but they couldn’t solve my problem

Okey , I’ll tell u how it start.

At first i had problem with the client origin , I had no connection , I couldn’t enter to the client or create a new account. 

I have cleaned all vps , dns , cache , turned off antivirus , close all apps , but nothing helps, then i decide to instal new windows, i created also a new account of origin , and also changed router.

After changes I have installed latest version of origin , finally it opens , I enter in the game and now I have this problem , when i want to start the game here is going loading and then shows me error (code:leaf) 

please fix the game. !!!!
