Apex error

Can't connect to server. WV-109144-9

Couldn't resolve host name 

Error 0x00000006 

I can play any other online game but every time I try Apex I get nothing. I've uninstalled. Cleared cache, restored data. Restarted router. Changed whatever to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 

Everything I could find on Internet hasn't worked. 

Please help resolve this issue
